It has been ten years since the Wadden Sea Flyway Initiative (WSFI) first started its capacity building and management programme.

From 7-11 October 2024, project partners of the INTERREG North Sea Programme project MANABAS COAST met in Groningen, Netherlands.

Held virtually on 14-15 September 2024, the East Atlantic Flyway Youth Forum brought together young conservationists aged 18-30 from across the flyway to explore opportunities and challenges that citizen science projects face.

Today, 18 Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students from the Wadden Sea countries and abroad started a ten-day summer school.
